My favorite animal

There are many animals I like, but I like lions best. Lions are the king of the jungle, strong creatures, and they look magnificent.

First, the lion is the king of the hill for many reasons. No animal has tried to kill a lion. The ones who have tried either ran away or eventually died. Lions never run away unless it is badly hurt or a hunter is trying to capture it. Next, lions are strong in many ways. Lions teeth are as sharp as a blade. Their teeth are sharp so they can kill and eat an animal easily. Their claws are sharp. They can run without slipping, climb trees, and rip open their prey's carcass. Lions are muscular. They can run really fast for a short period of time. During that time the lion is turning and twisting really fast. The reason why it turns so fast is that its muscles are helping it turn fast. After attacking, lions get tired. Lastly, lions look magnificent in many ways. Lions look big. They look like they are ten times taller then me. Male lions have shiny fur around its neck. This helps them camouflage in the grass. Lioness do not have fur around its neck. They lay on the grass to camouflage.

All in all, Lions are strong, the king of the hill, and they look magnificent. Every time I go to the San Francisco Zoo I look for the lions.

My Favorite Park

Intro
There are many places I like to play in, but I like to play in Fowler Park most. I choose it because it has many things that other parks don't have for an example it has unique structures. It feels and smells good. Lastly, it has a lot of similar faces.

How it Looks
First, It looks like an ant hill with ants coming in it. Fowler park has a large field of grass. It also has many types of swings. There is a one where you stand and push yourself. The other one is where you push yourself or someone pushes you. There is an obstacle course and a slide. They even have a picnic table! I feel exited to go on these structures.

Feel & Smell
During winters, it is really sunny and warm. Sometimes it gets too sunny. I wish they had more shade. Fowler Park has many flowers that smell tangy. Fowler Park has fresh air. I take deep breaths of the fresh air. This refreshes my mind. I hear all sorts of sounds at Fowler Park. I hear birds chirping. They chirp songs. I also hear the wind rustling into my ears. They whistle like they are talking to me. I whistle back just in case the wind needs something. These sounds relax my mind. In my enjoyment, I made the lyrics for the song called twilight bird. When I sing, the birds make background music for my song. It is wonderful experience.

People
Many people that I know go to Fowler Park. My friends, family, teachers, and principal all go to Fowler Park. When I see them I feel happy to see familiar faces. I made one friend at the park. His name is Brandon Dang. I play Pokemon with him.

Conclusion
As you can see, I like to play in Fowler Park. Fowler Park feels and smells wonderful. Fowler Park also looks wonderful and has familiar faces. All in all I recommend this park to everybody.

The proudest moment at school

Intro
Do you know how it feels when you achieve something that you always wanted to achieve? Well I have. Last semester, I got 2 Os. I got an O in math and an O in social studies. It felt really good. I am going to tell you about how I got what I wanted to achieve. Then I will tell how I will reward myself this summer.

Body
Getting O's for social studies
First, I worked really hard on social studies. I did really good on my animal project. I did lots of research on snakes. I gathered facts and wrote two pages on the project. I took inputs from my parents.

I also did really good on my family history project. I did lots of research on my family. I asked everyone in my family including my grand parents. I gathered facts about my family where did they come from, family heirloom, special recipes, family tree going back 10 generations, and where my family has traveled.  I carefully wrote my project. I showed it to my parents based on their input. I revised the write up. As a result, my project was best written report in my class.

Getting O's for math

Next, I did really good on math. I paid a lot of attention in class. I read the chapters of multiplication, addition, and subtraction carefully. I practiced multiplication, adding, and subtracting until I did not make a single mistake. On every single math test I got 100%, 99%, or 98%. I am now the best student at math in my class.

What I am looking forward to do this summer

Lastly, I am looking forward to going to Yellowstone Park in the summer. I never went outdoors with my family. Me, my dad, mom, big brother, and my little brother are coming. There is a camping field?. I will see wild life. I hope I do not see mountain lions or bears. I might get scared. I look forward to having a great time over there.

Conclusion
As you can see, I have achieved a goal of getting an O on math and O in social studies. I worked really hard to earn this. If you work really hard, you can also achieve your goal. One you achieve your goal, you can reward yourself. This summer I will reward myself a great summer camp in Yellowstone National Park with my family.
