Holiday Akash

  Hello, my name is Akash.
  If I could make my own holiday, I would make one called, Akash Day. This day is on January 3. I would make this holiday on this day because it is one day before my birthday. This day is only about giving at least 100 presents only to people whose name is Akash. Then, the give at least 5 gifts to other people. I would celebrate the day before my birthday. I would wear my favorite clothes. My favorite clothes are green blue and black. I would eat my favorite food too which is rice and anything that my om makes. Abraham Lincoln was a great American president. His life teaches us many important things to achieve success.

Abraham became a lawyer despite no formal education. Abraham split rails and studied when he had the time. Abraham borrowed books to teach himself. He kept trying to teach himself so he can become a lawyer. Eventually, he became a lawyer. He was determined to become a lawyer and he became one.

Abraham stayed in politics even after losing so many elections. He eventually became successful. He was so successful, that he became the president. Abraham was very persistent.

Despite most of the country wanted to keep slavery, he showed tremendous leadership to end slavery. He didn't listen to people who tried to stop him from doing what he thought was right. He moved on and ended slavery. He showed a great amount of leadership in doing what is right.

  Abraham Lincoln taught us to be determined. He taught us to be persistent. He also taught us to show leadership. These personalities made Abraham successful in his life.

  Abraham Lincoln was a very strong leader. Many people were against slavery in north and totally in confederate south. Abraham demonstrated massive amount of leadership to end slavery.

  Abraham Lincoln very influential in the world. He was a great speaker and writer. He wrote and spoke a great deal about problems of slavery. This allowed him to communicate well and influence people of the world. Especially US and Europe.

Abraham was a very important president of the United States. He was known for ending slavery and uniting the country. His early life had lead him to become a president.

  Abraham had a rough childhood. Abraham was born in February 12, 1809 in a log cabin in Kentucky. His mother died when he has was only nine years old. Abraham and his family moved to Indiana and then eventually to Illinois.

Lincoln received very little formal education but, he loved to read books from an early age. So much so, that he would walk miles to borrow one. His favourite books were the bible and Aesop Fables. These books constructed a literary, intellectual and moral foundation. As he grew up, he began to work by splitting rails. During this time he developed good social circle. He spoke on many issues. Many people realized that he is a great speaker. Some encouraged him to run for congress. So, he ran for congress. He tried many times, but failed many of the attempts. After he lost interest, he quit politics to start law practice. When Franklin Pierce signed the Kansas-Nebraska act, Abraham was against it. He led a public struggle against it. This propelled him back into politics. and made him famous. He ran for president and won. Abraham became the 16^th president of the United States.

He did a great work as president. In short time as president, he fought the civil war to unite the United states. He signed proclamation of Emancipation that freed slaves. Alas, he made many confederate enemies. In 1865, Abraham went to a theatre. The confederate, John Wilkes snuck into the Presidential box and shot him on the head. He died 9 hours later.

  Abraham Lincoln had a humble background. He was a self made man who accomplished a great deal as a president. He was assassinated for his work. He will be remembered forever.

  My parents came from India. I think Indian culture is special. It offers delicious food, has colorful celebrations, and has attractive landmarks.

  First, Indian culture offers delicious food. I like desserts such as kheer. It is sweet like a ripe mango.  It smells like saffron. Kheer cheers me up on a bad day.

  Next, Indian culture has colorful celebrations. I like the festival called Holi the best. this is where you will see people throwing color everywhere. You will see the multicolored powder scattered across the neighborhood. You will hear the sounds of joy.

  Lastly, India has many attractive landmarks. Taj Mahal is my favorite. It is made of milky white marble. It has many fountains around it. It is next to a large river. In the moonlight, Taj Mahal looks so divine. No wonder why it is one of the Seven Wonders of the World.

Conclusion
  All in all, Indian culture is very interesting. It offers delicious food that lifts your spirit, has colorful celebrations that make you ecstatic and finally, has many landmarks that look divine.

If I win a miillion dollar lottery

Intro
   If I won a  million dollar lottery, I would use it for many things. I would use it for myself, for other people in need, and for humanity's future.

  First, I would use it for myself. I will buy a room full of the best toys in the world. I will play with them continuously for about a a month maybe even a year. After that, I would be bored.

  Once my parents said only way to get endless joy is to help others. Many people are homeless. They need shelter, food, and clothes. I will give money to a charity organization. They will help more people in need.

  Lastly, I will help humanity's future. There too much carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. I will buy some land. Then, I will plant trees there. This will reduce the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.

  All in all, I would use that money wisely. I would use the money for myself to satisfy all needs. For lasting fulfillment, I will help other people in need. Lastly, I will help secure humanity's future.

There are many things I like in my life and these are some of the major ones.

1) I like my little brother.

 I like my little brother because he is very helpful to me. He gets me stuff when I am in a cozy spot. He plays with me when I am playing a video game.


2)  I like the game counsel Wii.

 I like my game counsel Wii because allows me to play exciting video games. Video games allow me to do things I can't to in real life. I like the Wii video games that have a lot of violence. I like violence because I like action. Violence is almost the same as action. I like Wii games such as Mario Kart. Mario Kart is about violence. Mario Kart is about racing.


3) I like the app paint on the computer.

I like to use the app paint on the computer and it allows me to express my feelings. I like to make silly drawings. I like to make suns with faces saying something like, "Hi bob I like french fries." I also like to make real drawings. I like to make a snake with a tiger on a hill. There will be a blue sky and a tree separating the tiger from the snake. I make other things like that as well.

As you can see, these are things out of many things I like in my life. Overall my life is a happy one.

  When I grow up I want to be a heart Surgeon. Not just any heart Surgeon. I want to be a scientist heart Surgeon. I want to learn from heart surgeries, share the information, and discover something new.

  First, I want to learn from heart surgeries. I will perform many heart surgeries. Our heart is an organ that works like a machine. Hearts are like a maze. They are very complicated. Every vessel in a body looks the same. You can get confused. You might cut the wrong vessel and it might make their heart stop beating. It might kill the patient. I will learn everything there is to know about the heart.

  Next, I want to share the information about a surgery. I will go to conferences. I will read newspapers and share it with other people. I will see a real heart, and share the information I have received. I will publish the information I have received in a scientist notebook. I will take many notes on the heart. I will listen to other people's information. I will use the information in my surgeries I have been given from other heart Sergeants.

  Lastly, I want to discover something new. We will work together and use information to discover something new. I will make medicine. I will test it on animals first. If it works, I will give it people. If it doesn't, I will make a new one. I will keep testing different medicines until I make a medicine that works.

  As you can see, being a scientist heart Sergeant is a great job because it saves peoples lives. I want to perform heart surgeries, share and listen to the information, and discover something new. Therefore, I want to be a scientist heart Sergeant. Thank you for listening.

What I would like to change in school

Intro

  My school needs to improve in many ways. I think it should improve food for the following ways: it should let people choose what to eat, it should give healthier foods, and it should give food that is environmentally friendly.

Body

  First, they should let people choose what they want to eat. Do you want to choose what you want to eat? I do. Some people barely eat anything, because they don't like the food they gave. Some don't eat at all! One time, I didn't eat at all. They gave pancakes with syrup. I don't like it that much. I'm sure you would like to choose what you want to eat.

  Next, they should give healthier foods. Do you think they give unhealthy foods sometimes? I do. Pancakes and pizzas, are unhealthy. They also give chocolate milk rather than regular milk. Sometimes, I wonder why they say be healthy, when they give unhealthy things. Do you think we should change the food?

  Lastly, they should give food that is environmentally friendly. It takes 100 grams of corn to get 3 grams of meat. People shouldn't eat meat at all. Meat isn't environmentally friendly. Vegetables and fruit are environmentally friendly. Would you want to eat meat? I don't.

Conclusion

All in all, my school needs to improve a lot in food. They should let people choose what they want to eat, give healthier food, and give food that is environmentally friendly.

Lions

Lions

  There are many animals, but, it is hard to decide which one is your favorite.  My favorite animal is a lion. A lion's name itself tells about the species. The letters l is for loud, i is for indestructible, o is for orange, and n is for not weak. Here are some following details.

  First, lions are loud. Lions roar as loud as 3 loud speakers! A single lions can make a herd of elephants run away. It can make things way bigger than a lion flee. I wish I could roar like a lion.

  Next, this shows how they are almost indestructible.They can stand up to anything! A lion can survive an elephant kick. I wish I could have the invincibility of a lion.

  Also, lions come in many different colors. Although some are white, they are rare. Lions are usually orange. This color can blend into its surroundings. A white lion's color also does. I wish I could blend into my surroundings like a lion can.

  Lastly, lions are not weak. A single lion can kill things bigger than them, such as a herd of elephants. They can defeat many tigers too. I wish I had the power of a lion.

  As you can see, lions are loud, indestructible, usually orange, and not weak. Therefore, a lion's name is a reflection of its species.

Robot

  "1+1=2," a robot beeped. Have you ever imagined your teacher being a robot? Do you think our teachers should be robots? I do for the following reasons: It can defend a whole school, teach easily, and work harder than teachers.

  First, it can defend a whole school from emergencies. Many intruders come to schools. Teachers can't call the cops fast enough. They might harm us. People die when murderers attack them. The cops would take sometime to get to the school. The intruder might have left the school by the time the cops come. Even if the intruders have left, cops risk their lives. A robot, can scare an intruder away by moving towards an intruder with a weapon. Bullets can barely affect a robot. However, it can kill an intruder.

  Next, it can teach easily. A lot of class time gets wasted. Teachers might need to turn the TV on, and it might be on the other side of the room. They might need to search in the internet to show students something. They might need to turn the projector on. Teachers have to move from place to place. This wastes a lot of time. Robots can connect themselves to the TV, internet, and projector all at once. The robot can show preschoolers something like this: 1 + 1 = 2. They can repeat it again and again. It can teach people things way faster than teachers can.

  Lastly, robots can work harder than a teacher can. During the school year, students make teachers tired. Teachers get tired, so they don't correct homework. Since robots never get tired, they can work 24 hours a day. A teacher can get tired. They can work 6-8 hours a day. Robots can finish correcting things, such as tests, homework, classwork, and other types of work.

As you can see, robots can defend a whole school, teach easily, and work harder than teachers. Therefore, robots should replace teachers.

honey

  Do you think honey should be our national food? Well, I do for the following reasons. We can store it, it would be good for both humans and bees, and it is very tasty.

  First, since it lasts almost forever, we can store it. I read from an article that people have found honey in a pyramid. The pyramid was 3,000 years old. When the people tasted the honey, it tasted like it was recently made. I think that's really interesting.

  Next, if it was our national food, people would start planting gardens so they can attract bees. The bees would drink more nectar from flowers and make more honey. We would get more honey too. I would like too plant a garden right now!

  Lastly, it is very tasty. I like it very much. It is one of my favorite food to eat! I like the sweetness inside it a lot. I think you should make honey one of your favorites.


All in all, honey is something we can store for a long time, would be good for humans and bees, and it is very tasty. Therefore, honey should be our national food.

  Have you ever had peer pressure? Peer pressure can be very dangerous if you tell for the following reasons: It might ruin your reputation, all of the people might want to cut class, and they might want to injure themselves.

Body

  Firstly, peer pressure ruins you reputation. Your friends might be jumping over fences and you are standing somewhere. You might think, "Hey they are doing it so why shouldn't I join?" You may not want to but if you tried and got hurt when you got to the ground, your friends would laugh at you because they didn't get hurt. I never want to ruin my reputation. I would never jump over a fence.

  Next, everyone might want to cut class, and go hang out in the cafeteria. You may not want to but you may think, " They are doing it so why shouldn't I follow them?" Your teacher might be waiting at your class. They may send emails to everyone's parent saying that they are missing. They may complain to the principal! I would never cut class.

  Lastly, they may injure themselves. Everyone might be taking drugs and smoking cigarettes while you are standing outside the fence listening. You may not want to join, but you may think, "All my friends are there so why shouldn't I join?" Then, you may harm your liver, and injure yourself. I would never want to injure myself.

Conclusion

  All in all, peer pressure ruins your reputation, might make you cut class, and they may want to injure themselves. Therefore, peer pressure is dangerous.

Legoland

Intro

  One summer, I went to Legoland with my family. It took 8 hours to get to Legoland by car. It was a boring trip, yet, I couldn't imagine the rides and structures that would be there. It was exciting. I arrived to Legoland and saw miniature cities, Lego rides, and giant animals.

Body

Miniature cities

  Firstly, there were many miniature cities. All the Lego bricks were very big. There were parks, houses, diving boards, trains, and anything that you can imagine. I stopped to look at one, which had a weird shape. Slowly, I started to realize that that was the Eiffel Tower! It was small. I saw a pirate ship entirely made out of those giant bricks that look like Lego blocks. I thought the Eiffel Tower with its structure, looked so realistic. The pirate ship, with its boat and flag, all made out of Legos, is special. The trains which can go by them self can be very scary when it goes near you. They all looked the best.

  Next, there were many Lego rides. They were all made out of Lego. I liked all of them. I liked the ride Coastasaurus. It had dinosaurs, made out of Legos. I liked sky cruiser because it shows most of Legoland fast. Sky patrol is also good because of the dizziness after the ride. They are the best rides.

Lego animals
  Lastly, there were giant animals. Some of them were small, and some were big. There were elephants. From far away, you would think it is a real elephant. As you get closer, you see that it has small Lego bricks. I also saw toucans, camels, snakes, mice, woolly mammoths, giraffes, and crocodiles. They were all detailed and full of color.

Conclusion

  Finally, it was time to go home. It was fun. I wish to go there within a year.

  Have you ever felt like ripping your homework apart? I have feel like that when get home from school. I think that we get too much homework. I believe that homework should be reduced for the following reasons: Children need to relax, the home environment may be unfair, and kids may need help.

  First, kids need to relax. School sometimes stresses the kids. They get frustrated. They need their brain to refresh at home. If they don't relax, they finish their homework very slowly. With less homework, kids have more home time. They can relax, and have fun.

  Next, the home environment may be unfair. The parents that are not educated well, cannot help their kids in their homework. These kids do poorly in school. The parents that are educated well can help their kids for their homework. These kids do well in school. It is unfair for the kids who have poorly educated parents.

  Lastly, kids might need help at home. At home, you may not have help.Their parents might be to busy to provide help. Kids need more classwork, and less homework. In class, you can always ask for help.

  As you can see, kids need to relax, the home environment may be unfair, and they might need help. Therefore, children should get less homework.

The upside down tree

The Upside Down Tree

Intro

  There are many interesting and strange trees I have seen, but there is one one tree that is the strangest and most interesting tree I have seen. It is upside down and it was in San Francisco Zoo.


Body

  First, it is upside down. The trunk was pointing straight up. Towards the middle of the white tree, was tilting until it was pointing straight down. I thought it was hilarious. The tree had big leaves coming out of the top like a coconut tree. The tree without the leaves looked like a white, rough, candy cane.

  Next, it was in San Francisco Zoo. It was where the gorillas lived. I'm sure the gorillas loved the shade. The gorillas were all gathered under the tree the first time I saw it. The next time, only a mother gorilla sat under it. The tree must of been a good place to play under.

Conclusion

  All in all, the tree is the most interesting and strangest tree I have ever seen because It is upside down. It was also, located in San Francisco Zoo. Therefore, I really like this tree.

100 years

Intro

  One hundred years from now the world would be very high tech. People then, would have teleporters that are vehicles, glasses that are basically an assistant computer, and a machine that would port things to you.

Body

First of all, people would have teleporters that are vehicles. They would teleport from one place to another. Instead of driving to school, we can just teleport to school. We would rarely be late. You can go to the other side of the world in a matter of seconds! To get in your house, you would use teleporting doors. You can scan your hand to get into the house. You may not even need to walk across the house. You can get anywhere in your house easily. All the doors would be labeled to tell where the doors would teleport you to. In this world, there will be some problems too. For example, we would not have enough exercise. I think Schools then would make physical education last for 2 hours.

  Next, you would have glasses that are basically an assistant computer. It would be connected to your mind. Then, you could play anywhere. For instance, When you are bored at your home or recess, you can put your glasses on and start playing. Also, for any report, you could research in your brain since glasses are connected to Internet.

  Lastly, you would have a machine that can port things to you. It can bring any matter to your hand. The machine can fit on your hand. You could command this device from your mind. You can send commands from your brain to the machine to bring it to you. You have to imagine the thing you want in your hand. It will come right into your hand.

Conclusion

All in all, one hundred years from now would have teleporters, houses that would be entered by teleporting doors, glasses that can be a computer, and a machine that is basically a magnet. Therefore, one hundred years from now can make things a lot easier. I would like to live in these days and help build their world to make Earth a better place.
