First, we should be active by playing outside. Without exercise our body will be weak. Playing is a good exercise. This will make us healthy. I play racing games with my little brother. This is a lot of fun and entertaining for both of us.
Next, we should eat a lot of healthy food. Kids eat a lot of junk food like hot Cheetos, chocolate cookies, and wafers. This makes them fat, slow, and ultimately sick. We should eat healthy food like vegetables that give you more eyesight and fruits that are high in fiber and vitamins but low in fat. This will give us a lot of energy and it will make us healthy. We need a lot of food to be healthy. I eat a lot of food like vegetables like carrots and pears, and fruits like strawberries and berries. It makes me energetic and sharp in thinking all the time.
Lastly, we should read good quality books. It depends on the age or reading level. This will develop your brain. I read a lot of chapter books like Harry Potter series. It made my vocabulary and spelling better.
As you can see, if we play outside, eat a lot of healthy food, and read good quality books will make our body fit, not sick, and it will make our brain sharp.
